Shipping Info
Please take note that your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. Depending on your area, most orders will delivered by local postal service so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature may be required for larger deliveries.
When Will My Order Arrive ?
If the item is in stock, you will receive your order within 4-5 working days. If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 days, in which case we will contact you immediately to inform you.

Returns Policy
We are committed to 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchases from us, you may return your purchased items to us within 30 days of receipt, providing the items are in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. All good will be inspected upon returned .
The goods are your responsibility until they reached our warehouse. Please ensure your returns are carefully packed to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We do not offer cash refunds, all return will be given store credit at the price of purchase with a 30 day validity from the date issued.
Size exchange is subject to a shipping & handling fees of RM10.
